- XP system, streaks, and mastery reports
- Mock test previews and basic performance analytics
2. G-Coins for AI Access
Users may purchase Grovita Coins (G-Coins) to access premium AI-powered features such as:
- AI Tutor queries and doubt resolution
- AI feedback during practice sessions
- Unlocking advanced hints and explanations
G-Coins are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. Once purchased, they cannot be exchanged for cash or other credits.
3. Mock Tests, Challenges & Events
Grovita may offer one-time paid access to premium tests, national challenges, live events, or leaderboards. All such purchases are direct and final.
⚠ No refund will be issued for any mock test, challenge, or paid event under any scenario.
4. Premium Features
Access to certain features (e.g., unlimited AI tutor, instant solutions, advanced analytics) may be gated behind XP milestones or be available via direct purchase/subscription.
5. Subscription Plans
Grovita may offer fixed-duration subscription plans (e.g., monthly or yearly) in the future. Once purchased, these subscriptions:
- Are non-cancellable
- Are non-refundable
- Will remain valid until expiry even if unused
6. Pricing and Policy Changes
All prices are inclusive of taxes unless mentioned otherwise. Grovita reserves the right to modify pricing, subscription terms, or access structures at any time. Active users will be notified of material changes via email or on-platform banners.
7. Strict No Refund Policy
Grovita follows a strict NO REFUND policy for all payments made on the platform.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Mock test purchases
- Challenge/event entry fees
- G-Coins or any AI-related feature packs
- XP unlocks or feature-based upgrades
By completing a payment on Grovita.in, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds will be processed under any circumstance—whether due to user error, technical limitations, or change of preference.
