4. AI Personalization & Cookies

Grovita uses AI to personalize learning and serve targeted questions. Cookies may be used to track preferences, login sessions, and improve user experience. You may modify cookie settings via your browser at any time.

5. Privacy and Data Use

Our use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. Data may be collected when you register, participate in practice sessions, attempt mock tests, or engage with AI tutor.

6. User Content and Testimonials

By submitting questions, messages, or testimonials, you grant Grovita a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and promote such material. We may use your name, rank, feedback, or image (with consent) for marketing and educational awareness.

7. Gamification & Rewards

XP, badges, streaks, and rankings are provided to enhance engagement. They have no cash value and can be altered or removed without notice in case of misuse or system upgrades.

8. Paid Plans & Refunds

If you purchase AI Tutor access or other premium services, you agree to the pricing and billing terms at checkout. Refunds are not provided unless stated otherwise.

9. Third-Party Tools and Services

We integrate with trusted third parties (e.g., payment processors, AI providers). We do not control their privacy practices. Your data may be shared with them strictly for service delivery purposes.

10. Information Security

Grovita uses industry-standard security measures including encryption and limited data access. However, no system is 100% secure. In case of any breach, we will notify affected users as per applicable laws.

11. Public Interactions

If discussion forums or public leaderboards are introduced, any information you share there becomes visible to others. You are solely responsible for your content in public spaces.

12. Trademarks and Ownership

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and questions on Grovita are owned or licensed by Grovita. You may not reuse, copy, or sell any part of the platform without written permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

Grovita shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of data or ranking outcomes. Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

14. Legal Compliance and Disclosure

We may disclose user data to law enforcement or legal authorities when required by law or to enforce our Terms. Your information may also be used to detect fraud or abuse.

15. Dispute Resolution
