Grovita Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy ("Policy") governs the cancellation and refund terms for purchases made on Grovita ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing any courses or services through our website (https://grovita.in) and platform (the "Service"), you agree to the terms of this Policy. This Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Pricing Policy.


1. General No Refund Policy

a) Finality of Purchases

  • All purchases made on Grovita are final and non-refundable. Once you complete the purchase of a course or any other service, you are granted full access to the digital content, and no refunds, partial refunds, or exchanges will be provided under any circumstances.
  • This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Dissatisfaction with the course content or learning experience.
    • Inability to complete the course for any reason.
    • Failure to pass the course exam or obtain certification.
    • Technical issues related to the user's device, internet connection, or software/hardware incompatibilities.

b) No Right to Withdraw

  • By agreeing to this Policy, you acknowledge that there is no statutory or contractual right to withdraw from the purchase once the digital content is provided, as per applicable laws concerning digital goods and services.

2. Exceptions to No Refund Policy

a) Duplicate Payments

  • If you accidentally make multiple payments for the same course or service, you may be eligible for a refund of the duplicate charges. To request a refund for duplicate payments, you must contact us within seven (7) days of the transaction date at support@grovita.in.

b) Unauthorized or Fraudulent Transactions

  • If you believe that a payment has been made to your account without your authorization, you must report this immediately to support@grovita.in. We will investigate the claim, and if we determine that the transaction was unauthorized or fraudulent, we will process a full refund.
  • Important: Claims of unauthorized transactions must be made within 30 days of the payment date. Claims made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

c) Technical Errors on Our Platform

  • In the event of persistent technical issues that prevent you from accessing the course content due to errors on our platform (lasting more than 14 consecutive days), you may be eligible for a refund.
  • Temporary interruptions (lasting less than 14 days) do not qualify for refunds. If the issue persists beyond 14 consecutive days, contact us for resolution.

d) Course Not Delivered

  • In the unlikely event that you purchase a course and the content is not delivered or made available to you, you are eligible for a full refund. This does not apply to device or internet-related issues within your control.

3. Requesting a Refund (Under Exceptional Circumstances)

To request a refund under the applicable exceptions, follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Send an email to support@grovita.inwith the subject line "Refund Request" and include the following information:
    • Your full name.
    • The email address used to make the purchase.
    • The course or service purchased.
    • The reason for the refund request, including supporting details (e.g., proof of duplicate payments, details of unauthorized transactions).
  • Step 2: We will review your request within 7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 10 business days using the original payment method.
  • Important: All refund requests must be submitted within30 days of the purchase date. Requests after this period will not be considered.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

a) Chargeback Policy

  • Contact us at support@grovita.inbefore initiating a chargeback. Filing a chargeback without prior communication may result in:
    • Termination of your account and course access.
    • Prolonged investigation of your issue.
